Conference Shenanigans

This past week, Rayhan and I continued planning our second AI conference, which is set for early November. The agenda includes keynote speakers, a session to teach participants how to use Jupyter, and breakout rooms where they’ll apply their skills by building a simple model to solve a real-world problem. The conference will be at UNT, and I’m excited to take on a more active role this time. That said, I’ve been neglecting some of the conference tasks lately, so I need to refocus and catch up.

On another note, I plan to contact my mentor from last year to see if he’s interested in continuing where we left off. I also want to understand how familiar he is with sequential models, which are my primary focus this year. His insights could help push my work forward.
