I haven’t attended ISM class for more than a week. Two weeks ago, I was absent on Friday(due to me getting sick), the next class, we had our etiquette meal (which was really fun and I enjoyed interacting with my classmates outside of school), and last class, I had a doctor's appointment for my torn meniscus. It’s a bit of an understatement to say I’m behind in this class. I’m about halfway through my 15 interview questions, and almost finished with my first Research Assessment. This week has been pretty stressful with all my catch-up work and EC load. I’m drafting a list of interview questions I could ask a Machine Learning specialist about his/her field and work-life balance. Of course, they can always be edited and improved, which I am working on right now before I submit them. I also got to do a little more research this week about the career outlook of a Machine Learning Engineer. I spent a good amount of time with this, researching information about the educational path and salary information from multiple different sources. Although I’m off to a bit of a rocky start, I’m starting to get the hang of things.
